12th Annual Australian Budget Review 2017

This years Budget seminar was a great success. We had terrific attendance throughout my 6 week global tour and also had great viewing on the online video.

The budget was full of changes impacting property owners including:

• Property Sale Withholding Tax;
• Housing Affordability Initiatives;
• Return of 50% Foreign Sales Quota;
• Removal of Depreciation and Travel Claims for Property Investors; and
• Introduction of a New Vacancy Levy.

In addition, there were major announcements including an expansion of Federal Infrastructure programs, additional funding for hospitals and schools, a new bank levy and increased spending on security and defense.

This was the 12th year that we have presented our Annual Budget Review Seminar and we are proud of our continuing efforts to keep everyone up to date with important issues that affect their lives and decision making.
