Joe White

Whilst relaxed and approachable, Joe is acutely aware that this belies a level of sophistication of the market given the range of properties we deal with on a day to day basis.

Happily married with three children Joe is a JP, REIWA Councillor and current Vice President. Previously he chaired the Finance and Risk Committee for four years. In the past Joe served on the old WACAE (now ECU) Council, School Boards and numerous community organisations.

Having experienced the radical move of stepping from the wheelhouse of an ocean going trawler literally, into a University lecture theatre, Joe has a deep and personal experience with the feeling of dislocation between home ownership!

Being easy of address yet firm in principle, Joe is also described by others as a natural networker. With a genuine belief that all people are equal, Joe’s personal interest in “the people” serves well to ensure that when it comes to the property, a level of empathy and understanding of the circumstances surrounding the transaction will result in a better outcome for the owner of the property.
