Gold Coast developers Kazumi Nakagawa and Jason Kennedy have unveiled one of Queensland’s most luxurious beachfront developments, located on the exclusive Jefferson Lane in Palm Beach.

Mr Kennedy, who with Mr Nakagawa has been responsible for some of the Gold Coast’s most opulent developments in recent years, said his team’s aim was to “create perfection” with their collection of whole-floor apartments.

The project offers all residents 180-degree ocean views, stretching from Currumbin Estuary to the Surfers Paradise coastline, located on one of Palm Beach’s best streets.

“We set out with the goal of achieving perfection when it comes to beachfront living,” said Mr Kennedy.

“The result, 15 Jefferson Lane, will meet the highest expectations for any buyer of luxury oceanfront apartments.”

The project was built ahead of a sales campaign, with the developers seeking to demonstrate a new benchmark for Gold Coast prestige living.

“An unwavering commitment to excellence is visible in every square inch of this magnificent development,” DP Project marketing’s Deborah Provost said.

“The attention to detail of 15 Jefferson Lane is unparalleled and reflected in the fact that the developers wanted to complete the project before taking it to market.

“They understood that concept images could not do justice to their vision and wanted to complete the residences so buyers could experience first-hand the level of commitment to deliver a sophisticatedly designed masterpiece.”

Apartments start at $4.3 million, with each residence accessed via a private lift from a secure double garage.

Marble foyers welcome residents to expansive indoor-outdoor living spaces, embracing natural light and ocean views .

Ms Provost said the level of quality on offer was similar to the styles of apartments in Sydney’s northern beaches, but at a third of the price.

“Property industry leaders are saying it has the absolute best finish they have ever seen,” she said.

“Valuations support the asking price for these exquisite residences.”
