Six years after making one of the biggest investment decisions of his life during the uncertainty of Covid, a property investor reflects on the lessons learned and why today’s market feels surprisingly familiar.

My fourth property purchase came eight years after my first.

  • my first home in Ipswich
  • the home I shared with my mum in East Brisbane
