Survey tips 2021 start for hotel market recovery
Investors are backing hotel markets in Canberra and Brisbane to lead the sector’s post COVID-19 recovery, but a new survey shows it will take at least 18 months for occupancy across Australia to rebound to pre-crisis levels.

Investors are backing hotel markets in Canberra and Brisbane to lead the sector’s post COVID-19 recovery, but a new survey shows it will take at least 18 months for occupancy across Australia to rebound to pre-crisis levels.
Launched by commercial agency Colliers International in response to the novel coronavirus crisis, the Australian Hotel Investor Sentiment Survey forecast a market recovery to begin to emerge in the first half of 2021.
