Jarrod McCabe

With more than two decades in the property industry – across valuations and investment advisory – Jarrod has a keen sense of what makes a good investment. His tremendous depth of contemporary knowledge about the Melbourne market, combined with experience in high-pressured negotiations, makes Jarrod especially effective in advising and supporting his clients to purchase the right properties. 

Jarrod developed an interest in property after enjoying work-experience at a family friend’s real estate company in high school. It led him to achieve a Bachelor of Business (Property) at university, then commence his career as a property valuer in 2000. In 2010 Jarrod joined Wakelin Property Advisory as the manager of the property team. In 2011 he became Associate Director of the company and in 2018, Director. 

Jarrod is an active property investment educator, delivering webinars, seminars and podcasts, and contributes frequently to various media sources.
