Col Dutton

With more than 20 years’ experience in the property industry, Col, as General Manager, Master Planned Communities, leads Stockland in Western Australia, the largest residential developer in Australia. He heads a multi-disciplinary team of more than 60, with responsibility for delivering a pipeline of more than 12,000 diverse, affordable new homes across Perth’s key growth corridors.

In addition, Col is driving Stockland’s focus on mixed use town centres and medium density developments in greenfield and infill locations across Perth. Col was appointed to his current role in 2011, and prior to this held senior roles with Stockland in Queensland and in local government. He is a past President of UDIA WA and was previously President of the UDIA Gold Coast branch from 2007 to 2010. Col holds an Associate Diploma and Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons).
