Andrew Bell

Andrew Bell co-owns and operates the Ray White Surfers Paradise Group. They have been Ray White’s No.1 Residential office internationally on more than 20 occasions, as well as Ray White's top Commercial sales office internationally on numerous occasions.

Andrew has more than 40 years experience in the real estate industry, first operating a three-office group in Sydney and now the largest independently owned real estate group in Queensland. Andrew is regarded as one of Australia’s most experienced and professional auctioneers.

In 2016, he was awarded the Order of Australia for significant contribution to the real estate industry in Australia, his work in promoting the Gold Coast region and impressive contribution to charity. Since 2022, Andrew has been on the Board of the Real Estate Institute of Australia.
