I have a passion for telling the constantly evolving story of Australian housing markets from both a macro and micro perspective, and have been doing this for more than 20 years. My focus has always been on researching property markets and the factors that influence housing conditions. Being close to the data flows certainly helps, and at CoreLogic I'm literally drinking from the property analytics fountain. My working time is divided between studying the regular flow of housing, economic & demographic data, and liaising with a wide variety of stakeholders who have a direct or indirect interest in property market conditions, be it via one-on-one meetings through to keynote presentations at large conferences.
