Julie is a property investment advisor and buyer’s agent for investors helping Australians to take action to create their own financial independence through investing in residential property, Australia wide.

Julie quickly realised her super would not be enough to retire on, so she went about investing in residential property. She became ‘addicted to it’ and loved the idea of the tenant and the tax man helping to pay for her investments and worked towards her goal of building a large property portfolio.

Julie started API Solutions in 2010 to help others do the same. She and her team provide an end to end service for property investors assisting them at every stage of the buying process, from strategy, researching, sourcing, negotiating and purchasing the property and even taking care of the property management.
