Belinda is a certified practising property valuer with over 17 years of professional experience, inspecting over 15,000 properties and valuing more than $12 billion dollars worth of real estate.

Also qualified as a registered Tax Agent since 2014, she has worked in the QS Division inspecting and preparing tax depreciation schedules and property tax related valuation reports for both residential, industrial and commercial property.

Belinda’s experience and natural ability to take the confusion out of building and investing, has seen her cause waves on social media as The Valuer, with over 10 million TikTok views on her videos, advising on all things property.

Recently Belinda, has become the Founding Director of Add Valuer and merged her passion for property together with her desire to help everyday Australian’s be better informed to make smart decisions and grow their wealth, their knowledge and have a deeper understanding of the property market.
