Help wanted: DIY investors for research project

A University of Western Sydney researcher who's trying to get inside the minds of do-it-yourself investors is looking for candidates to share the story of why they've chosen to invest in property.

Lisa Perrone, who's in the process of becoming an investor herself, is seeking the involvement of current or potential DIY investors for the study.

Lisa is trying to recruit investors for confidential, in-depth interviews about what drives them to invest and their investment experiences to date, and she'd love to hear from API readers.

The research aims to open a window into the mindset of DIY investors, as well as examining how the property investment mindset sits in the wider context of modern approaches to work, lifestyle and community.
